The other day, I was contacted by Rich Schenck, the area manager of EZ Storage in Philadelphia. He sent me his perfect food and restaurant guide that he put together for Philadelphia. I loved it so much, I needed to blog about it and show all of my favorite travelers all the good eats in Philly!
I don’t have a bad thing to say about this food guide. He breaks things down from the best Philly Cheesesteaks (yum,) to Chinatown classics, to the fancier restaurants for more refined tastes. I also love that he included a University area guide, as well as some tasty treats found in the greater Philadelphia area. I don’t think there’s an area or type of food that he hasn’t covered.
Check out the food guide here! Have any of you ever been to one of these restaurants? What did you think of them? Insomnia Cookies is amazing, there was one in Syracuse where I used to live and they just have the best cookies ever made. Personally, I can’t wait to go back and head down to South Philly to see just which restaurant has the best Cheesesteak: Pat’s King of Steaks or Geno’s Steaks?! These two have been dueling it out since the 1930’s, that’s an intense rivalry right there!
Thanks for contacting me, Rich! If any of you out there have something like this, I’d love to blog about it, just find my email in my Contact Me tab on my homepage!
